We can update finishes within an existing layout or rethink how rooms connect when the plan calls for more than a surface change. ### Kitchens A kitchen renovation can bring cabinet placement, storage, tile, lighting, and finishes into one plan. We work through the choices with you so the room supports the way you cook, gather, and move through the home. ### Bathrooms We can update a bathroom with changes to the shower or tub, fixtures, tile, and storage, weighing how those choices affect the room’s day-to-day use. ### Layouts and whole-home updates When the problem reaches beyond one room, we can look at circulation, storage, structural changes, and finish selections together. A whole-home plan helps the updated spaces work with the rooms you are keeping. ## A porch enclosure and bathroom renovation in Prescott In a Prescott project completed in August 2025, the homeowners wanted to use their existing porch more comfortably and reduce wind exposure. M4 enclosed the porch and added a pet door for their dogs. Inside, the primary bathroom changed from a tub/shower combination to a walk-in shower with a barn-door-style glass enclosure. Together, the two changes made the outdoor and interior spaces more useful to the homeowners. Yes. M4 can plan layout and structural changes alongside cabinets, fixtures, and finishes. We look at the existing home and the way you want the space to work before setting the scope. Can I stay in my home during the renovation? That depends on the work and whether essential rooms remain usable. We discuss that during planning so you can make arrangements before construction starts. When do we choose materials and finishes? We work through layout, fixtures, materials, and finish selections during planning, before construction begins. That helps us coordinate the choices across the rooms you are changing.
