Buena Vista Custom Home

Project Overview

This custom home project on Buena Vista Trail in Prescott, Arizona is being built from the ground up by M4 Builders, with a design that takes advantage of the property’s natural terrain and views. The home features a walkout basement configuration, allowing the structure to work with the sloping site while creating additional living space and a distinctive architectural profile. Construction began with extensive site development, including excavation for the home and basement, installation of the septic system and leach field, and preparation for the foundation. As construction progresses, the project will move through foundation, framing, exterior finishes, interior construction, and final completion. We’ll be documenting the Buena Vista Trail project throughout the build, providing a behind-the-scenes look at the process of transforming a raw Prescott property into a thoughtfully designed custom home.
